Service inquiries and quote requests.
Appointment and installation details.
Customer support communications.
SMS messaging preferences and consent records.
We use this information to respond to inquiries, provide requested services, coordinate installations, communicate with customers and installers, and manage legitimate business operations.
2. Collection and Use of Mobile Information
When you voluntarily provide your mobile phone number and explicitly consent to receive SMS/text messages, CTN may send communications related to the messaging program you have selected.
Depending on your consent and the applicable program, messages may include:
Customer service and technical support updates.
Appointment confirmations and reminders.
Service scheduling and installation coordination.
Technician and installer notifications.

Promotional or marketing messages only when separately and explicitly authorized.
Providing your phone number alone does not automatically constitute consent to receive marketing text messages.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any products or services from CTN.
For complete information about our text messaging program, please review our SMS Terms & Conditions.
3. SMS Data Protection and Non-Sharing Policy
CTN takes the privacy of mobile phone information and SMS consent seriously.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
CTN may use authorized service providers to help operate business communications and messaging services. These providers may process information only as necessary to deliver the contracted services and not for their independent marketing or promotional purposes.
CTN does not permit SMS consent information to be used for unrelated marketing campaigns without the individual’s separate authorization.
4. SMS Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies depending on your service requests, appointment activity, business interactions, and the messaging program to which you have subscribed.
Message and data rates may apply.
Your mobile carrier may charge fees according to your wireless service plan.
5. SMS Consent and Opt-Out
CTN seeks explicit consent before enrolling individuals in applicable SMS messaging programs.
When SMS consent is collected through a website form, the SMS checkbox is presented separately and is not selected by default.
You may withdraw your consent to receive messages from the applicable SMS program at any time.
To Opt Out: Reply STOP to an applicable CTN text message.
For Assistance: Reply HELP or contact CTN directly.
Once your opt-out request is processed, CTN will stop sending messages through the applicable program, except for any permitted confirmation or other legally authorized communications.
6. Information Security
CTN uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and misuse.
Access to personal information is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who require it for legitimate business purposes.
However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
